Steps

1 REQUEST:

A translation request is sent for a project from the platform’s API.

2 SCAN:

Venga sets an automated scan for new requests. This can be set for any frequency (every 15 min, every hour, etc).

3 QUOTE:

Once a new request is detected, the files are automatically pulled and a quote for translation is generated.

4 LAUNCH:

Pre-approved projects begin immediately while quotes needing separate approval wait for client input.

5 DELIVER:

Completed projects are uploaded and an API call sent to record completed status.

6 REVIEW:

Clients can review and send additional requests for changes.
